The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience representing employers in employment law matters, with two of those years specific to California. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, wrongful discharge actions, wage and hour law, and class action experience is required. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to support and grow the national practice are highly valued. JD and California Bar Admission are required.
