Assistant Buyer + Auditor

Company Description

Night Out Sales LLC is a Los Angeles based sports ticketing company. We provide sport, concert, and special event tickets to multiple online ticket marketplaces. Founded in 2023 our company is quickly expanding and we are looking to add to our team!

Role Description

This is a part time work from home position with hours starting as early as 7am PST on certain days. The schedule generally is flexible and we are looking for a candidate who can commit approximately 4 hours per day Monday-Friday. Possibility for more hours as needed based on business demand

As part of our buying/administration team applicant will be responsible for the following:

• Making purchases + new listings to replenish sold inventory throughout the day
• Re-pricing existing inventory
• Researching + listing new event opportunities
• Auditing receipts to match with current inventory levels
• Responding to marketplace inquiries (via email/phone)
• Fulfilling orders as stated
• Daily meetings with other employees to discuss status of projects/research
• Occasionally receiving / mailing physical tickets (supplies reimbursement provided)
• Assisting with other administrative/audit tasks as noted

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a buying/assistant/audit role with an e-commerce company
• Strong organizational skills are absolutely critical for this position
• Excellent analytical and research abilities to discover new business opportunities to further company growth
• Full spoken/written ability in the english language
• Excellent Microsoft office skills (excel, word) are a must
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
• General knowledge of sports teams (NFL/MLB/NBA) + geography is an asset
• Experience with Amazon, eBay, or other listing platforms is an asset
• Ability to work well independently
• Stable internet connection/quality microphone/webcam is also essential for daily meetings
