We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and execute action plans within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record successfully implementing action plans to achieve strategic goals. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that action plans are executed effectively, and that progress is tracked, reported, and communicated to stakeholders.
As a project manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Action plan development: Collaborate with senior management and relevant stakeholders to develop detailed action plans designed to achieve specific strategic objectives.
Plan execution: Lead the execution of action plans, ensuring that tasks and milestones are completed on time and within budget
Team coordination: Assemble and manage cross-functional teams to work on action plan tasks, providing guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
Resource management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure that action plan tasks are completed effectively and within budget constraints, as applicable
Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and roadblocks to action plan implementation and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
Progress monitoring: Implement a robust system for tracking and reporting on the progress of action plans ensuring that key stakeholders are informed regularly
Issue resolution: proactively identify and address issues or obstacles that may hinder the successful execution of action plans
Quality Control: ensure the action plan tasks are completed to high standards and in accordance with the organization's quality standards
Communication: maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders providing regular updates on the status of action plans and addressing any questions or concerns
Documentation: maintain comprehensive records of all action plan related activities including project schedules budgets and performance metrics
Requirements
• Working knowledge of mortgage activities and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with GSEs and/or investors
• Exam management experience
• Proven experience leading complex projects from start to finish with a track record of successful completion
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• PMP or other project management certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of joining our organization.
• Minimum of 5 years mortgage experience in a leadership role. Experience working with or regular exposure to C-Suite is acceptable.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
