A full time Ecommerce Manager is needed for a well know California based contemporary brand with a laid back, beachy vibe. This is a HYBRID role - 2 days in office/3 WFH based in the South Bay.

Covid vaccination required and you must have recent experience managing a Shopify store for a fashion apparel brand preferred. 
Duties:

You will oversee & maintain site merchandising and site operations. You will be responsible for coordinating detailed product launches, providing weekly performance recaps and assuring all tools and platforms are operating at their full potential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily site merchandising maintenance according to product sales, inventory and aesthetic.
  • Manage monthly product launches including product imports, categorization and merchandising.
  • Monitor, manage and optimize site search, related products and wear-it-with functions.
  • Monitor out of stock and new in stock styles and make recommendations for swaps in marketing assets.
  • Manage markdown entry and markdown merchandising.
  • Stay up to date on merchandising best practices by surveying the competitive landscape.

Operations:

  • Support the operations of a best-in-class website with daily/weekly/monthly audits of PDP, PLP, and all other site pages.
  • Immediately note, fix and/or report issues with site function, product display or general UX.
  • Track and report on inventory flow to ensure all styles/colors are shipped to and received by the ecomm warehouse.
  • Recommend opportunities for replenishment and markdown cadence based on sell-through performance.
  • Support, audit and drive business for marketplace partnerships.
  • Manage SEO optimizations while also considering the frontend user experience.
  • Support website frontend and backend enhancements according to product roadmap.
  • QA new site functionality on desktop, iPhone and tablet and coordinate releases.
  • Support relationships with all key platform providers, apps, tools and plugins.
  • Manage monthly invoice process with the accounting team and track costs against budget.
  • Support Customer Service communications as needed.

Reporting:

  • Report on weekly style selling, catalog style selling, site page and homepage performance, plus adhoc reporting.
  • Report on key website metrics utilizing Shopify, Google Analytics and other available reporting tools.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or equivalent field
  • 3+ years’ experience in Ecommerce Merchandising and Site Operations for a Fashion Apparel brand
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Third party apps, inventory management systems, digital merchandising tools.
  • Experience with reporting in Shopify and GA with the ability to turn analysis into actionable results.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.
  • Solutions oriented, a self-starter, and strong work ethic. Acts as a team player.
