Moss Adams is currently seeking a Data Analytics Consulting Staff for Summer 2025.

As a member of the Data Analytics Consulting team at Moss Adams, your primary role as Staff will be to analyze data to identify actionable insights that support our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with other team members to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and provide strategic business insights. The success of this position is measured by your ability to effectively support decision-making processes, improve client satisfaction through accurate data analysis, and the tangible improvements seen in client operations.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., STEM, H-1B status).
  2. Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, business or related fields preferred.
  3. Ability to commute as needed throughout the region; to include Moss Adams' offices.
  4. Ability to travel to client locations, including overnight stays, with travel expectations varying by department and office location.
  5. Seasonal flexibility to work overtime or additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Technology-related coursework highly desirable.
  2. Reside within a commutable distance of a Moss Adams office and be willing to work on-site on a regular basis.
  3. Excellent customer service skills; ability to understand own and others' emotions in order to achieve desired goals.
  4. Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills; organize information and exercise well-reasoned judgment.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrate confidence in decision making and poise in professional setting.

Compensation Range: Washington State: $75,600 - $80,000
