DescriptionJoin Our MissionThe Family Services Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the program's family services and aftercare including overall administration, planning, supervision, independent monitoring and program development.Job ResponsibilitiesRecruits and accepts referrals in coordination with the Director of Group Home program.Operates program within and according to all regulations, which govern such programs and ensures program(s) meets or exceeds all program evaluation criteria.Recruits, hires, trains and provides overall supervision of staff including conducting staff meetings, preparing and monitoring schedules, monitors and ensures paperwork and documentation requirements are met through regular supervision and links staff with appropriate training opportunities.Ensures fiscal accountability including but not limited to providing regular statistical and billing information, preparing biweekly and/or monthly reports and completing all statemandated reports in a timely manner; monitors expenses and approves travel expense records.Acts as a liaison to a variety of community and public agencies.Forms therapeutic relationships with children and families.Performs other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Social Work or related Human Services discipline preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related Human Services discipline required.Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with at risk youth; minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.Flexible schedule with evenings required; provide on-call coverage.M ust have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the AgencyTravel is required for the position.Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.ScheduleThe role is full time requiring 40 hours per week.Sheduled shifts are flexible depending on the needs of the program and families servedPay$65,000 annual; weekly payEqual Opportunity EmployerTogether for Youth is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, military status, sex, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, disability, marital status, or any other basis covered by appropriate law.We are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment where diversity is valued and recognized as a source of strength and enrichment.
