The FC CI/CD team is looking for an experienced Software Engineer candidate who is highly motivated, excelling as part of a technical team of test engineers with a problem-solving mindset who meets commitments, communicates effectively, and has the ability to learn new information and systems quickly. The successful candidate will apply technical principles, theories, and concepts to integrate and validate embedded safety-critical systems. The selected individual will develop test cases to verify embedded flight controls software requirements.


As part of the TMP Flight Controls Team, you will:

  1. Participate in software and systems development and integration activities with a progression through requirements analysis, architecture design, software implementation, integration, and formal acceptance test.
  2. Ensure the successful execution and timely completion of tasks in support of program cost and schedule commitments.
  3. Promote the sharing of ideas and foster an inclusive work environment that encourages differences and big-picture thinking.
