About The Role
Essity Professional Hygiene is looking for a Regional Segment Marketing Manager Commercial and Public Interest who is responsible for managing and driving the execution of the regional & local segment strategy in North America for the commercial segment, working with the Customer Marketing & Sales organizations, as well as the Business Unit Brand Communications & Product colleagues.

What You Will Do
- Develop, manage, and implement marketing plans and activities for the Commercial segment in line with BU guidelines.
- Define route to market and work with sales and customer marketing teams to establish optimal channel plan for the segment and end customer development.
- Gather end customer market data, needs, trends, competitive segment landscape; select, participate and follow up on work with regional/local associations.
- Together with product team, take responsibility for securing launch events on country level.
- Select and organize end-customer trade shows to deliver ROI.
- Lead generation activities by driving, validating and following up activities.
- As the regional segment subject matter expert, conduct segment training to sales and other colleagues.
- Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities, in alignment with brand, product and customer marketing.
- Implement ROI model and KPIs, evaluate, follow up and implement corrective actions when needed.
Who You Are
- Relevant University degree.
- Marketing (at least 3+ years), ideally in B2B business, sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and deliver on the goal, timelines and KPIs.
- Demonstrated communication and collaborative skills within a fast-paced international environment with colleagues sited in multiple countries.
- Ability to travel up to 20%-30% to domestic and international locations.
