Overview: The Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for a variety of exempt and non-exempt technical positions for full cycle recruitment. This highly visible role requires a professional who will be responsible to recruit for individual contributor and management level positions across all departments of our organization.


This role requires in office presence twice a week.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Research, identify and develop relationships with prospective technology and engineering candidates for active and pipeline searches through targeted company research, passive outreach, industry networking and internal sources;
  2. Partner with business leaders, hiring manager and the HR team to include initial in-take, on-going updates and integrity of our applicant tracking system;
  3. Act as a technical talent advisor to technology leadership and educate hiring managers about the external technical talent demographic;
  4. Manage requisition activity and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders;
  5. Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media Recruiting, Internet Job Boards and company proprietary databases;
  6. Identify and implement new methods for sourcing technical and engineering candidates and generating new leads;
  7. Manage the interview process utilizing our corporate applicant tracking system, from scheduling to day-of coordination, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience;
  8. Applies expertise toward recommending process improvement of the overall staffing strategy, focusing on quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness of fulfilling staffing needs;
  9. Consistently perform above established quantitative and qualitative standards;
  10. Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
  11. Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
  12. Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;
  13. Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with high-growth technology companies;
  2. Minimum of 3 years of technical recruitment experience;
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as an in-house corporate recruiter preferred;
  4. Advanced knowledge of Boolean searching and social media recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter);
  5. Deep understanding of technical stacks, languages and different frameworks;
  6. Strong business acumen and ability to connect with prospects in all functional engineering areas, i.e. Product, Data, Data Science, and Infrastructure;
  7. Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis and offer negotiation;
  8. Excellent written communication skills;
  9. Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System;
  10. Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics;
  11. Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook and Word);
  12. Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures;
  13. Able to adapt to competing time sensitive demands.

Education:

  1. High School diploma or equivalent is required;
  2. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  1. Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time);
  2. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
  3. Subject to inside environmental conditions;
  4. Travel for this position will include up to 10% depending upon the line of business being supported.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
