Oracle EDI Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EDI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electronic data interchange solutions using Oracle technologies. You will work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of EDI processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Design, develop, and implement Oracle EDI solutions to meet business requirements
2. Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
3. Develop and maintain EDI maps, interfaces, and transactions in Oracle systems
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI mappings and transactions
5. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards
6. Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in EDI development

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EDI development
3. Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle EDI Gateway
4. Strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols such as EDIFACT and ANSI X12
5. Experience with mapping tools such as Oracle B2B or other EDI mapping software
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
