Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and set qualified appointments.
  • Manage CRM and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Process payments for closed deals and send out service agreements.
  • Follow up relentlessly on pending deals to close them.
  • Track and report your KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Attend daily sales huddles and company-wide training events.
  • Invest time in personal development to sharpen your skills.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in remote or high-ticket sales.
  • Must be located in North America.
  • Available full-time, with a hunger for growth and learning.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Open-minded, coachable, and eager to improve.
  • Professional, prompt, and courteous.
  • Self-motivated and competitive, driven by success.
Compensation:
  • 100% commission-based – no base salary, but no ceiling on earnings.
  • Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from closed deals.
  • Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential
