Job Summary:
The Plumbing Designer serves to focus primarily on the design of building-related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, educational, and healthcare facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software.

Job Summary:
The Plumbing Designer serves to focus primarily on the design of building-related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, educational, and healthcare facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software.
In this role, you will:
- Produce plumbing drawings for various building types
- Develop system design calculations and select equipment for use in buildings including domestic water, natural gas, storm drainage/sewer, grease handling, and water heating.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology (a plus but not required)
- EIT / PE a plus but not required
- 3+ years of experience in plumbing design for various types of facilities
- Thorough knowledge of engineering principles and experience in a broad spectrum of building types
- Experience with building-related projects
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
