We are looking for an experienced Python Web Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract, where you’ll have the chance to work on web-based applications that are transforming the healthcare education industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Build and maintain robust APIs and backend services to support web-based applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web functionality and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience with Python development
- Strong experience in Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
- Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their interaction with back-end services.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ORM (Object Relational Mapping).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and working in collaborative, agile environments.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
