Provide resulting information to Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Product Development as required by specification or as assigned by management.Perform all tasks in a safe mannerUnderstand and fully utilize all ISO procedures, control charts, histograms,,and other SPC tools and measurements; recommend improvements based on statistical data and observation.Operate all diagnostic equipment needed to perform jobPerform all in-process and finished product testing as required by specification or as assigned by management.Calibratealltesting equipment in the lab when requiredCoordinate with Quality Engineer, Shift Supervisor, Line Leader, Production Technician, Process Engineer, and other Operations team members to resolve issues or discrepancies.Actively participate in safety, product, and compliance auditsEnter correct data into Quality Windows, perform analysis of data, and report trends that indicate process issues.Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the QA and Operations teams.Communicate effectively with internal customers as well as co-workers to solve problems and enhance capabilities of the teamTrain others as neededOther duties as assigned. Active participation in root cause and corrective action from CIOs and NCMR findings.Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization and know product drawing specifications and tolerances.Must meet production output requirements in a timely manner.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
