As a Bank Services Representative with Bank of New Hampshire, you are the first point of contact for customers to assist them with their banking needs.
A typical day might include, conducting transactions for both deposit and withdrawal, balancing a drawer, providing quality customer service to both external and internal customers - in person or over the phone, recommend (when appropriate) deposit related products and services, ensuring bank security and work towards both personal and departmental goals.
To be successful in this role, you can perform financial transactions and cash balancing to minimize loss, you are comfortable with asking open ended questions, able to follow standardized procedures to ensure compliance with bank and federal regulations, able to operate computers and software, and have a strong attention to detail. Lastly, you are eager to learn and develop your Bank Services Representative skill set for advancement.
We are looking for someone that has a High School Diploma (required) and at least a year of prior experience working as a bank teller is preferred. However, we will train the right person that has had prior cash handling and customer service experience. Lastly, this position will float to support other branches in the local area.
