Responsibilities
OBXtek is currently staffing for Technical Lead - Software Development
Coordinate development team activities with the Product Owner and key technical stakeholders to ensure that the technical architecture needs are planned and accounted for in support of the new business features/capabilities
Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution
Lead solution alternative exploration
Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines
Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context
Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements
Establish critical non-functional requirements
Support technology/engineering aspects of Program planning and execution
Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility
Mentor junior developers
Guide software testing and QA activities
Oversee technical architecture and code reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Expertise delivering responsibilities above
Experience with Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) in context of developing scientific computing, machine learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and image processing applications
Expertise with CUDA programming
Expertise with at least one of the following: C/C++, Python, or Java
Experience with C/C++/Java/Python/Shell Scripting/Google Protocol Buffers/HTTP Rest APIs/Docker/RPMs or equivalent
Experience driving Continuous Exploration process as part of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
Expertise managing a CI/CD pipeline
Experience with development supporting at least some of the following:
Signal Intelligence (SIGINT)
Digital signal processing (DSP)
Radio frequency (RF), RF/Spread Spectrum modulation, digital waveforms, inverted and non-inverted I and Q (IQ) data processing
Security Clearance
Top Secret with SCI eligibilityCompany Information
