Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT staff and overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, managing our current IT staff, and implementing new technologies to improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, system reliability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure the effective maintenance and support of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT challenges.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience with IT budgeting and vendor management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
