- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, events, social media, and advertising.
- Analyze and present marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, online traffic, and event attendance in order to improve future strategies and campaigns.
- Support events team on management of marketing events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, invitations, materials, and day-of support.
- Track and manage event metrics, provide post-event analysis for leadership team.
- Assess events from a business development perspective, identifying business development and lead generation opportunities for lawyers.
- Manage the drafting, timeline, approval, and submission of award nominations.
- Collaborate with the PR and BD teams on promotion of award wins.
- Track submission deadlines for ranking surveys, and coordinate with business development and marketing teams, including writers and editors, to ensure on-time submission.
- Conduct company, client, industry, competitive, and other research and analysis to identify trends and inform marketing decisions.
- Conduct research on events and seminars across the legal industry to find trends and identify gaps.
- Proof/copyedit brochures, newsletters, advisories, agendas, one-pagers, invitations, and other publications in accordance with the firm's style guide.
- Work cooperatively with professional staff and managers across the firm to advance firm goals and strategic plan.
- Additional tasks may be required.
- Bachelor's degree required, focus in marketing or communications is preferred
- 5+ years marketing experience required; experience in a law firm or other professional services organization is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required
- Experience with tracking and managing marketing campaigns in CRM or similar tool required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with all levels within a professional services organization
- High level of political and situational awareness, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with constant changes

The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $89,000 to $98,000 ($45.64 - $50.26 hourly). Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short term solution based counseling services, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, subsidized backup care and caregiving resources, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 11 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program.
