The Amazon Business Marketing team is seeking a Global Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate demand of Amazon's B2B business for our Commercial, Public Sector and Strategic segments. As a Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that attract high-quality leads and prospects, nurturing them through targeted campaigns, and ultimately converting them into loyal customers. Your work will directly impact the growth and success of Amazon Business by ensuring a seamless and effective journey from initial awareness to long-term customer engagement.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and refine the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition of Amazon Business customers across various segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Own the top-of-funnel demand generation strategy, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads into the pipeline.
- Utilize Account-Based Marketing tools to target high-value accounts and optimize paid marketing performance.
- Connect top-of-funnel activities with down-funnel initiatives to enhance customer growth, working closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through.
- Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution as needed.
- Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize.
- Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance.
- Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
