About The Team
As a member of our Sales Systems team, you will work with senior Business Systems Analysts in helping design, implement, and lead operational sales systems to support Workday’s strategic investments for continued growth and long-term operational scale. You will be part of a multi-talented business systems team that specializes in portfolio management, business analysis, systems, and process design along with strong project management skills. Instrumental working on initiatives strongly tied to Sales / Marketing and Vendor Management system processes.
About The Role
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to specialize in the Sales Leads to Pipeline space to complement our dynamic team. Possess a deep understanding of lead management processes within a sales environment, and have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM & routing and prospecting toolset .
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes, ultimately driving revenue growth and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management Optimization : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze and optimize lead management processes, including lead generation, scoring, routing, and conversion to opportunities.
- Salesforce Configuration and Customization : Leverage Salesforce CRM to configure and customize lead management workflows, assignment rules, validation rules, and reporting dashboards to support business requirements.
- Testing : Develop comprehensive test cases and accurately document testing outcomes, alongside effective collaboration with diverse teams to address issues promptly and efficiently.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze lead performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate insightful reports and actionable recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
- Integration and Automation : Identify opportunities to integrate Salesforce CRM with other systems and applications to streamline lead management processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency. Implement automation solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT, to capture requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Training and Documentation : Develop training materials and documentation to support end-users in understanding and utilizing Salesforce CRM for lead management purposes. Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.
About You
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on lead management within a sales environment.
- 3+ years with Salesforce configuration, customization, and reporting (Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant certification is preferred).
- 3+ years experience in using routing/prospecting tools to include LeanData, Outreach, Groove and ZoomInfo.
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $90,100 USD - $135,300 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $85,600 USD - $162,800 USD
