Copying and scanning

Shipping and order fulfillment as needed Responsible for managing CTI inventory, including recording, tracking, and replenishing stock levels

Event planning and coordination with executive staff

Responsible for managing CTI inventory, including recording, tracking, and replenishing stock levels

Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand

Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze the reliability of information

Work with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns

Proficient in Canva, create visual concepts to communicate ideas using a combination of art and technology

Proficient in Constant Contact, Identify the target audience and grow our email list.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, One Drive, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus

Able to navigate our 30-acre campus and work in several buildings

Work Hours and Benefits:

P/T 25-30 hours/week with flexibility to work additional hours when we have classes and events on campus. Office hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday.

$16.00-18.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Must pass a background check and be willing to take a drug test.
