Senior Accountant

Description

We're looking for Senior Accountant , working in Real Estate industry in Boston, Massachusetts, United States .

• Is responsible for full General Ledger maintenance
• Prepares or manages preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assists in preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports
• Facilitates completion of monthly close process
• Analyzes revenue and expenses to ensure recorded properly on a monthly basis
• Ensures bank reconciliations are prepared and reviewed on a monthly basis
• Takes lead with transactional closing statements and closing journal entries
• Assists in reviewing budgets and forecasts for reasonableness
• Assists in the management of the external audit process
