HR Director

A rapidly growing company is seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources. This company thrives with a simple, yet incredibly important mission: Improving Peoples Lives. Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, establish, improve, and implement HR strategy/policies/procedures.
2. Manage HRIS system; onboarding and offboarding employees as needed.
3. Create and improve on-boarding experience for new hires and ensure that performance and satisfaction levels are being measured.
4. Oversee employee benefits, unemployment claims, compensation packages, etc.
5. Provide performance management guidance to managers.
6. Ensure compliance with employment laws.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager
2. SHRM certification
3. Proven experience developing, improving, and implementing HR policies, procedures, etc.
4. Experience managing an HR team

Compensation: $115,000 - 120,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
