Requirements:
- Must be able to have flexible availability including weekends and some nights.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have experience with computers and Microsoft office suites.
- Must be able to work with staff and technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job.
- Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet efficiently.
- Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task.
