Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative support experience
- Experience working in an insurance agency or as a trucking insurance agent preferred
- P&C license preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
