Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Operations Scorecard, including data feeds and analysis for different workstreams.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting of KPIs and scorecards.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely data capture and automation of data transfer.
  • Manage data sources across categories such as People, Quality, Safety, Service Delivery, and Cost.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards for operations workstreams.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data automation and integration.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific data sources and metrics.
  • Familiarity with environmental health and safety (EHS) and sustainability metrics.
