Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a customer service specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experiences and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and problem-solve, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide relevant information.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with resolving payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and assist with implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Background Check.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
