Qorvo’s Test Engineering Internships  are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in bringing up new parts for 5G and SATCOM markets
  • Perform measurements using state of the art mmWave test instrumentation
  • Validate test software and drivers
  • Analyze measurement data
  • Prepare reports for presentation to engineering team

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of microwave components (e.g. transmission lines, power combiners/splitters and filters)
  •  Knowledge of Python scripting
  • RF measurement experience preferred, but not required
  • Have strong attention to detail, be a good communicator and a self-starter

Education and Experience

  • Currently pursuing a BSEE or MSEE
  • Have coursework in two of the following: Signals & Systems, Wireless Communications, Microwave Engineering, RF Design, Computer Science
