  • Create and train on intuitive and graceful processes and user workflows and tooling systems that support achievement of goals.
  • Execute on special projects to improve the effectiveness of the Sales Team (or cross-functional departments), as delegated by leadership.
  • Master our tech stack and become the expert for how to assess opportunities.
  • Streamline and optimize our tools and utilization to drive better company outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies, and evaluate and implement new ones that improve productivity and efficiency of the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management.
  • Follow ethical and legal practices with consumer and customer data.
  • Assist the Marketing Team in determining customer outreach methods.
  • Monitor and assist with customer retention with proactive, actionable data for Customer Success and Sales to leverage.
  • Train staff on new technology, software, and sales processes critical to their roles, both during onboarding and throughout tenure as needed.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert-level capabilities with databases and sales software including Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process - from lead generation to closing deals, as well as of different sales methodologies and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, specifically the capability to analyze complex sales data, identify patterns, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to successfully plan, execute, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams of all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to gracefully and confidently navigate ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Can-do, eager-to-serve attitude, adept in handling rapidly changing tactical and strategic focuses.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues within the sales process and develop effective solutions.
