- Required Skills
Must :
- Possess strong communication skills
- Have strong organizational and math skills
- Experience reading and understanding construction documents
- Understand the processes and squencing of construction and be able to provide constructability input into the estiamting and bidding process.
Required Experience
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction field.
Must:
- Have extensive knowledge of the construction industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, Excel and Word
Preferred Experience
- Experience using construction software such as Procore, Blue Beam and Building Connected
- Experience in the Metro Washington DC area
