We provide a broad spectrum of information technology and ancillary services to government and commercial customers primarily within the healthcare delivery domain. We seek a remote Full Stack Developer as part of an Agile support team in support of digital transformation, integration of emerging technologies into mission applications and supporting modernized, cloud-based applications in production for Customs and Border Protection. The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative, and able to work independently.
Application development support to include cross-functional support for integration of cognitive services (e.g., translation, chat bots, etc.) into existing and new apps, use of machine learning and artificial intelligence, data analytics, integration of devices through Internet of Things (IoT) gateway, integration of biometrics into new and existing applications, blockchain, and other client capabilities as needed and through Agile Teams.
Position requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain Federal clearance.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 1-2 Years of experience with Mobile Application Development and strong understanding of Frameworks (Flutter, React-Native)
- 2-4 years of experience delivering and developing software applications
- Full stack developer with the addition of languages outside the typical Java stack
- Broad-based technical experience with time spent on innovation, R&D, start-up, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and share insights with team members and stakeholders
- Work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
- Experience with rapid prototyping and proof of concepts
- Experience working within platform limits while building prototypes that are scalable
- Experience providing Research & Development
- Expert in design patterns and methodologies
- Ability to assess operational analysis
- Experience with software & hardware integrations
- Individual that wants to create and learn and has the methodical, scientific approach to problem-solving
- Some Angular experience
- Requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
