Wintrust is seeking a Collateral Operations Specialist to manage the daily collateral and loan analysis for a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will be the primary borrower contact for all collateral-related matters and work closely with the Account Manager to ensure compliance with loan agreements. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with 5+ years of banking or asset-based lending operations experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of loan documentation. Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 5+ years' banking or asset-based lending operations experience
- Detail-focused and well organized
- Basic understanding of loan documentation
- Good interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Proactive and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Excel)
