Probably Genetic provides severely ill patients with genetic tests at no cost through sponsored testing programs, with the goal of helping patients access diagnoses, clinical trials, and treatments earlier in their diagnostic journeys. We find patients online using our proprietary machine learning platform and test them for free with our telemedicine genetic testing service. What We're Looking For
Our company is growing fast and we are looking for a Partnerships Lead to own and execute our programs, build stakeholder relationships and coordinate internal resources to address the needs of our clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and patient advocacy organizations. Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Define internal milestones, program team roles, resource needs, and timelines for successful execution of our patient finding programs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with our pharma, biotech and patient advocacy organization partners, as well as team members.
- Define, measure, and report on key data for each program.
- Bring creativity and drive to ensure we hit all program milestones and are regularly exceeding client expectations, while also identifying opportunities for growth.
- Own project management responsibilities and day-to-day interactions with our partners.
- Represent Probably Genetic as a product expert to support our partners in advancing their patient finding strategies using insights generated through our programs.
- Coordinate with our development team to translate client requests and unmet needs into development activities.
- Shape internal strategy and build new capabilities that enable sustainable, meaningful growth.

Qualifications/Preferred Skills
- 2-3+ years of experience assisting teams in high stakes environments like startups, consulting firms, or banks - ideally in relevant program management roles in biotech/biopharma or data analytics.
- Experience utilizing program and task management tools, especially to identify operational efficiencies and streamline workflows.
- Experience developing project management SOPs and best practices to ensure consistency across the team.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and identifying the “so what” behind the data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present sophisticated information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- A high degree of empathy for the patient experience.
