Howard Bailey Financial, Inc., a retirement planning firm with a focus on helping people establish financial freedom through meaning and purpose, is seeking a creative and resourceful Creative Marketing Coordinator  who is highly organized, self-motivated, and appreciates coordinating details and managing projects that grow business and branding initiatives for the firm.

Leveraging both creative skills and organizational prowess, the Creative Marketing Coordinator combines production design with project management, ensuring the smooth flow of projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include executing visual materials, managing production timelines, and organizing and archiving digital files. The ideal candidate will oversee systems for tracking projects, ordering materials, and maintaining a well-organized archive of resources. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, in some cases with little to no margin of error, are essential to ensure efficiency and quality across all projects. Experience in design software and project management tools is preferred. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   

Note: Other relevant duties may be assigned.  


  • Update creative and content assets across print, digital and social marketing material 
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms 
  • Process creative and editorial feedback and revise marketing materials accordingly 
  • Manage marketing folders, files and server organization 
  • Manage website content, page structure and folder structure 
  • Maintain asset library, version control and file archiving 
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team to initiate and manage marketing projects  
  • Manage vendor relationships including material ordering and printing 
  • Support the planning and execution of in-person events 
  • Provide administrative support for marketing team members as needed 

 

Education and Experience   


  • Associate’s degree or higher in Design, Communication, or the equivalent.   
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional, fast-paced office environment.   
  • Proficient in digital technology, including Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Adobe Suite. Experience with Teamup, Salesforce, Canva and Asana are beneficial.

  • Have a basic background in design and aesthetics with a desire to maintain brand standards.  
  • Be detail oriented and organized with the ability to be clear and quick with communication.  
  • Be interested in managing a variety of projects and being involved with multiple areas of marketing operations. 
  • Coordinate project workflows, including tracking progress, ordering materials, and project archiving.  
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Asana and other marketing and content creation tools.
