What You’ll Be Doing
- Build excellent relationships with Groups (SMERF and other markets) and community organizations to generate business for the hotel.
- Prospect for new business, respond to incoming RFPs and inquiries, execute contracts, and communicate client expectations to the hotel team.
- Report to the Director of Sales.
- Learn about the entire hotel and prepare for a progressive career in sales, including new market segments and larger hotels.
Education & Experience
- A college degree or two years of hotel experience or a combination of education and experience, highly preferred.
- Hotel Group Sales Experience, required.
- In-Market (Metro Atlanta) Experience, highly preferred.
- Hilton Experience, highly preferred.
Essentials
To be a successful candidate, you will need the following:
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.

This position may require a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Please share your scheduling needs.
