Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet targets • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events • US work authorization and availability to work in Gilroy, CA Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
