Position Description:
To help meet the increasing demand for Product Delivery & Clinical capabilities within LRL tech, we are looking to hire a talented Sr Solution Architect in the Fullstack Cloud Custom applications stack . This person should be a hands-on techie with an attitude to learn new technologies or services as advised by the leadership team. The Sr. Solution Architect will understand, lead, and drive the technology and architecture discussions across the portfolio. He/she will have a deep understanding of business goals, objectives, and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processes. The Sr SA will provide the necessary leadership, analysis, and design tasks needed to support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design: Develop and define the technical architecture for complex software systems, incorporating containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to enhance scalability, deployment, and management.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Design, build, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes .
- CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
- Cloud Solutions: Architect and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
- AWS ETL Services: Design and implement ETL processes using AWS services.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Design and implement event-driven systems.
- Front End Development: Lead the development of user interfaces using React .
- Back End Development: Design and implement server-side logic and APIs using Python .
- Code Reviews and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
Technical Skills:
- Experience on containers technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), micro-services, and DevOps practices.
- Expertise in open source programming & frameworks, API development/consumption.
- Experience with multiple databases (RDBMS, NoSQL).
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud services and deployment.
- Experience in AWS Services like RedShift, Athena, S3, EC2.
- Experience with AWS ETL services including AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline, and Amazon Redshift Spectrum.
- Experience in Migration Services.
- Knowledge on AWS Step Functions.
- Experience in AI/ML Tech Stack Implementation.
- Experience in Clinical Trials Data is an advantage.
