This position is located at the Department of Mental Health, Beckman Mental Health Center, Greenwood Mental Health Clinic.
Under general supervision, this position provides services to the adult population with serious mental illness (SMI). Mental health services will be provided in a culturally competent manner, which will include but not be limited to assessment, crisis management, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
State Minimum Requirements:
A master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field.
Agency (Facility) Minimum Requirements:
Must qualify for credentialing and privileging as a mental health professional and in accordance with Quality Assurance standards and with concurrence by DMH Office of Quality Management.
