Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Strategic Business Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base by selling our HR outsourcing services to businesses of all sizes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and grow the business.
  2. Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
  5. Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  7. Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of sales success in HR outsourcing or related industry.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
