My client are a successful New York based Heavy Civil Contractor with over 30 years experience delivering major heavy civil utilities projects across NYC and the boroughs.
They are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent for multiple utilities projects across NYC and the 5 boroughs. They predominantly work on Water, Wastewater, Sewer and Electrical underground projects, their flagship being JFK's new Terminal 1.
This position is paying between $130k- $180k base salary + car allowance and bonus, depending on experience.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent with a Heavy Civil Contractor in NY.
- Experience of running crews and jobs to a high standard.
- Knowledge of working on New York utilities projects.
- Ability to self perform survey layouts.
- High level of safety competence.
- Specifically NYCDDC or DEP agency experience would be advantageous.
