Job Requirements / Description
Busy New York City Hospital seeking motivated and experienced Executive Assistant.
Candidates must be experienced in the following:

* Clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), and other clerical functions
* Scheduling appointments and calendar management
* Creating spreadsheets and collecting data
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Maintains a professional demeanor
Qualifications:

* Two years experience in supporting healthcare executives
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
