Food Director

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food Service Director to lead our food service operations. As the Food Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining services, ensuring top-notch food quality, exceptional customer service, and efficient operations. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all food service operations, including fine dining, casual dining, bar services, and catering
2. Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
3. Develop menus, create innovative culinary offerings, and ensure consistency in food preparation
4. Oversee inventory control and management to optimize food costs and minimize waste
5. Train, mentor, and supervise staff in food handling techniques, customer service, and hospitality best practices
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage
7. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally
8. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience
9. Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures to uphold quality standards

Experience:

1. Proven track record as a Food Service Director or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
2. Strong background in culinary arts, inventory management, and hospitality management
3. Proficiency in inventory control systems and cost-effective procurement practices
4. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
5. Ability to lead a diverse team effectively with strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $64,491.00 - $69,975.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
