As a senior cloud architect and leader in our Digital Battlespace Platform ( DBP) on our team, you'll translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting cloud architecture designs and detailed techn ical approach artifacts that will be foundational to building next generation techn ologies for our clients. Through your leadership, we'll help transform the way the Army uses techn ology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced techn ology, and modernizing legacy systems. As a techn ical leader, you'll shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth.You'll perform as the go-to person to lead techn ical meetings and to integrate requirements and releases with specific IT strategies, programs, initiatives, and investments. You'll advise organizational leadership on emerging cloud solutions and open system techn ologies and how to implement those and work alongside leadership to ensure IT and business planning are fully integrated on a continuous basis to increase business capability and value to our clients.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with managing U.S. Army, DoD, or IC programs and projects that provide expert sof tware operations and maintenance of Joint or Army enterprise systems
5+ years of experience with supporting industry or government sector cloud initiatives at an enterprise level
3+ years of experience with commercia l cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services or Microsof t Azure, in a cloud-based disa ster recovery environment
Experience with multi-region and multi-availability zone ( AZ) and high availability ( HA)
Experience with defining organizational project cloud migration objectives and requirements to enterprise cloud vision and initiatives, including establishing system architecture, ensuring information assurance compliance, directing, coordinating, and completing project efforts, interfacing with government personnel, and providing progress reports
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
Experience with sof tware engineering, including prototyping, building sof tware solutions, developing and maintaining APIs, and building sof tware releases
Experience with designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and Infrastructure as Code ( IaC) , including Platform as a Service ( PaaS) techn ologies and Kubernetes
Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux ( RHEL) , and command-line interfaces, including Bash, Gitlab yaml, and Microsof t Windows
Experience with Gitlab and the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
Experience with implementing DevSecOps pipelines and Agile development techn iques and ceremonies
Knowledge of network techn ologies, including DNS, Routing, Load Balancing, and SSL
Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and deliver to project deadlines
Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
