How You'll Make an Impact

The Senior Client Development Director (Sr. Director) is responsible for becoming first and foremost a client partner. We expect them to create win/win outcomes that will lead to revenue growth for Epsilon. The ideal candidate will use general business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how Epsilon PeopleCloud Solutions can help clients achieve their business goals.

  • Work together win together: The Senior Client Development Director reports to the Vice President, Client Lead and will lead a team of Client Development Associates. The Sr. Director will work closely with team members from Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, Legal and Compliance.
  • Innovate with purpose: The Sr. Director will be consultative and use creativity to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client's compelling priorities and help them meet their goals. The Sr. Director will work to quickly learn and understand the landscape the client operates in to help address their needs in a way that is competitive and meaningful.

What You'll Achieve

  • Lead internal teams for the preparation and delivery of objective-based solutions.
  • Effectively facilitate day-to-day management of accounts both internally and externally.
  • Negotiate with client's key decision makers and influencers to create positive outcomes for Epsilon PeopleCloud Solutions and the client.
  • Develop a roadmap for success over time that will enable client satisfaction, growth, and trust. In time, become the Client's Trusted Advisor.
  • Develop the internal talent needed to deliver strong results and client satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you:
    • 10+ years of professional sales & marketing business experience;
    • 3+ years of tourism/destination marketing experience;
    • Client management experience or sales experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience);
    • Multi-disciplined marketer who is versed across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting;
    • Self-motivated - able to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps;
    • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategy directly to those client objectives utilizing Epsilon PeopleCloud Solutions' full product offering;
    • Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling;
    • Strong business and strategic planning acumen;
    • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement;
    • Strong negotiation skills;
    • Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization;
    • Demonstrated sales & business development experience;
    • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and Sales Management software (i.e. Salesforce.com).

    • Quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques;
    • BA/BS with strong academic record.

Salary Range: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 base salary + commission
