Director, Product Management (Billing/Financials)

HealthEdge Software Inc - Director, Product Management (Billing/Financials) - Salem, Oregon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our empowered product team at HealthEdge. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, generally comprised of a product manager, a product designer, several engineers, and QE. We have divided our product teams into Value Streams (i.e., Claims, Billing & Financials, Enrollment, BlueCard, Integration, and Platform).

As a Director, Product Management, you will lead one of these Value Streams, playing a critical role in driving innovation in healthcare and delivering products that make a difference in our customers' lives. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of product managers to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Create a high-level vision and define product requirements.
2. Perform market research and assist in go-to-market strategy.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, implementation, commercialization, sales, and marketing teams to execute our product roadmap.
4. Evangelize the HealthRules Payer line of products with our customers.

What You Bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, B2B Enterprise SaaS.
3. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
4. Deep understanding of customer needs and a track record of delivering customer-centric products.
5. Strong strategic and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
7. Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
