Job Description

North Highland is seeking a PMO Analyst for a 3+ month consulting role with one of our Fortune 500 clients in Denver, CO.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

1. Creating and maintaining process flow documents, intermediate skills
2. Development of Project Plans
3. Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis and escalate invoice issues
4. Prepare engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
5. Track and analyze all project metrics and suggest areas for improvement
6. Research, collect, and evaluate project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements
7. Assist with the preparation of a variety of reports covering budget status, forecast reports, and other management reports
8. Provide technical assistance to managers and Project Coordinators in the creation of project concept and project documents

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or PMO Analyst
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related area required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in a related area may be substituted in lieu of degree on a year-for-year basis
