Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives driving revenue growth, and fostering relationships. Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor and motivate a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide on-going training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team. Set clear performance objectives and ensure the teams adherence to sales strategies and company policies. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities to target non-technical accounts for SaaS solutions, leveraging your expertise in this domain. Utilize sales analytics and Salesforce data to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness. Partner with Talent Manager to hire new team members.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to support the team's success. Ensure the sales team is equipped with proper product knowledge and sales training materials. Develop and refine the sales process, methodologies, and best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall sales performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to provide strategic guidance and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in sales management in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high performing sales team, driving them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong sales enablement experience, including the development and execution of sales strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with sales data and leveraging insights to drive sales performance improvements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.
