THE BIRCH KITCHEN AND BAR General Manager

Location: 628 Connaught Dr, Jasper, AB

Salary: $40,000–$65,000 a year

You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads.
  2. Conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire.
  3. Scheduling and deploying the Team correctly.
  4. Addressing performance issues.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
  2. Over 5 years of cumulative experience in the restaurant sector.
  3. Proven leadership abilities and exceptional customer service skills.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset.

Additional Information:

  1. Ability to commute/relocate: Jasper, AB T0E 0A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
  2. Experience: Hospitality: 3 years (required).
  3. Language: English (preferred).
  4. Licence/Certification: Smart Serve (preferred).
