We are seeking an Acquisition Sales Consultant to join our real estate investment team. We provide all the resources you need to succeed as a real estate investor: Seller leads, appointments, coaching, training, automated systems, and technology. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for serving people, our community, and learning.
Responsibilities:
- Assess property values and conditions.
- Utilize the CRM daily to track interactions and sales processes.
- Build trust with prospects to close deals.
- Respond promptly to leads and client requests.
- Manage and update sales leads in the CRM.
- Schedule and conduct appointments.
- Stay updated on local market trends.
- Attend meetings and training sessions.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
- Must have a driver's license and a vehicle (in order to attend appointments).
- Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.

- Professional appearance and attitude.

- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $200,000 yearly
