We are seeking an Acquisition Sales Consultant to join our real estate investment team. We provide all the resources you need to succeed as a real estate investor: Seller leads, appointments, coaching, training, automated systems, and technology. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for serving people, our community, and learning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess property values and conditions.
  2. Utilize the CRM daily to track interactions and sales processes.
  3. Build trust with prospects to close deals.
  4. Respond promptly to leads and client requests.
  5. Manage and update sales leads in the CRM.
  6. Schedule and conduct appointments.
  7. Stay updated on local market trends.
  8. Attend meetings and training sessions.
  9. Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional communication skills, especially over the phone.
  2. Passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
  4. Must have a driver's license and a vehicle (in order to attend appointments).
  5. Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.

  7. Professional appearance and attitude.
  8. Ability to connect with various personalities.
  9. Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  10. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  11. Ability to work nights and weekends.
  12. 1+ years of real estate sales experience preferred.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $200,000 yearly
