The Senior Financial Analyst role will support the Con Air business unit. This role will be responsible for providing financial oversight to the organization’s operating sites, performing financial analysis, and supporting various financial support projects. This position also assists with the completion of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasting requirements. We are seeking talented individuals with a desire to learn our business, and the talent and work ethic to leverage this role and progress longer-term into roles of increasing responsibility. This role will be onsite in Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities:
Be a cultural champion demonstrating trust, a bias for action and entrepreneurship
Lead the implementation and management of the business intelligence platform
Support the monthly consolidation of financial results and forecast information, including reporting packages for distribution to the senior leadership team
Provide FP&A support including YoY price, cost savings & sales commission analyses
Providing financial insights to aid in assessing opportunities to achieve financial goals; independently, be able to identify issues, and provide solutions
Responsible for analysis of business operational costs to provide insight into potential cost savings and process improvements
Perform quarterly forecasting to provide accurate predictions of future financial performance, analyzing trends and providing insight
Create and manage reporting tools within ERP software and Power BI to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Identify opportunities for financial performance improvement across the organization
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and contribute financial support to various projects
Support annual budgeting process and coordinate activity with other branches and entities
Analytical (domestic and international) projects focusing on profitability and cost control
Partner with all levels of the organization to identify efficiencies and continuous process improvements both in accounting and operations
Qualifications:
5-7 years of related experience in finance or accounting
Degree in Finance, accounting or related field preferred, MBA or CFA is a plus
Proficient with ERP systems and information management systems and databases, including the ability to learn system functionality and administration quickly
Advanced technical skills with applications, such as Excel, a must; SQL, Python or other base coding ability and data management knowledge is a plus
Advanced technical skills with data management tools and business intelligence platforms
Ability to work effectively in an environment with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Demonstrate high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence and effectively communicate with different functions, and at different organization levels, within a high-profile role
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once. Should be able to prioritize, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure
Ability to create sophisticated and creative analyses and translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
